    Includes:

    Pre-Production - Planning call, Location scout (In-person or digital), pre-approved script and shot list.

    Agent/Team Brand Film - We will work with your team for a full 10-hour day to create a film that tells your story with stunning visuals, interviews, and lifestyle shots.

    Social Clips - We will repurpose the content captured during filming into 5 social media clips between :30-1:00

  • The Piedmont Package

    Half-Day Production (Up to 5 hours)

    Includes:

    Cinematic Highlight Film - 1-2 minute film spotlighting key features of luxury property with an optional agent standup. Ground and aerial video included.

    Luxury Photo Package - Up to 50 listing photos (HDR), includes aerial photos.

  • $50/hour - Studio Space rental (1,000 sq/ft includes inference room, multiple filming areas, bathroom. No equipment included.

    $2,500/day - Full 8-hour studio rental with 2-camera and 4-light package. Includes supporting gear and two camera operators. Post-production not included.
